86 chevy motorhome, will not run very good,brand new motor, compression is 95lb and should be 150lb,valves are good,no vacume leaks, new heads,plugs,wires,ect. thinking the chain is off a tooth, timming light shows the mark like 3" away from balencer mark

Highlight timing marks w/ chalk and check w/ timing light

Im thinking if your compression is 95 and is supposed to be 150 that is your answer right there. Sounds like you need new rings. Be sure you are on the right plug wire when you check the timing.
