  • look at little birds out the window and watch how they act. go to a park and sit still and hear the wind in the trees. take a long walk in a nice neighborhood.

  • Focus on what makes you happy. It's hard but being sad is a choice if you think about it. Your mind set is what you make it and is completely up to you. If you want happy, you just need to do it yourself. Every emotion you feel doesn't have to be created or molded by others. You know, I'm reading a book called "The Key to the Law of Attraction" because my dad recommended it. I may not agree with alot of it and I'm not much for self help books, but this one has some truth to it and isn't TOO bad. You should check it out. But the concept is basically: if you want happy, then give off a happy aura because your current state of mind and emotion will only attract that same kind of emotion or state of mind. Positive attracts positive, negative attracts negative. It holds mostly true. But do something with people you enjoy. Call up a few of your friends or spend time with someone you are close to and just talk or go on walk. Do something productive that makes you feel good! Hope that helps.
