My laptop is increadibly slow and freezes constantly as well as, i get error msg's saying program has stopped responding what should or can i do?

Get rid of programs that you don’t use any more. Do a disk clean and a defrag Get/use an AV program and a malware program. AVG and Adaware come to mind. Thy both have free versions that work very well. If you have a lot of icons showing down by the clock. Go in to their preferences or options and look for where it asks about starting when windows starts. Uncheck to have it not start.
