What is your favorite kid age and why? (babies = sleepy yawns, toddlers = bubbly laughs, etc.)

I love babies!!! They always smell so good and you can hold them as long as you want and they can not run away. LOL

14-16... I love being able to watch them play sports, have conversations between equals, go to games together, etc... Plus they start dating then.

Whatever age my girls are is my favorite! Right now I have a 7-month-old with four adorable little teeth, who can just barely pull herself up to a standing position. She gets so excited and happy, but then scared, because she doesn't know how to sit back down without falling. I also have a three-year-old who has mastered spelling her name, looks forward to pre-school next year and amazes me by correctly using words like "frustrated" in a sentance!

The age at which your child begins to think for himself, doesn't automatically accept everything you tell him and engages in conversations with you telling you why he thinks what he thinks...it was very exciting for me to see the "birth" of my kid's thought processes..his confidence in expressing himself and his willingness to listen to me and try to understand why I thought as I did. My initial response was going to be "every age"..but you asked for my "favorite"! :)
