Phaser fire would probably be my favorite sound effect. As for my favorite quote, it comes from a Star Trek: Deep Space 9 episode when they went back in time to the original series era, during the "Trouble with Tribbles" episode. Its a conversation about why klingons look different, and to which Worf's only reply was "We don't talk about that."
