  • I dont know all of them, but I presume it would be. I know dogs, cats and goldfish can all get cancer. Cancer is an irregular growth of cells, due to a change in DNA, so if an animal has DNA, it has the potential to get cancer, or so I theorise.

  • My dad has to put his basset hound to sleep next week for (I think he said) liver cancer.
  • Cats do. Also Tasmanian Devils do. They are now at the point of extinction because of cancerous tumours that have quite recently started appearing on their faces.
  • More like what animals don't get cancer? Sharks, are the only multicellular animal that cannot develop tumors.
