No. While I don't smoke it, nor would I condone my kids using it, I think marijuana should be legalized. That's one area that I would support taxing if it were legal!

Yes if they do it at the wrong place or time. Just 2 weeks ago I had my kids birthday party at chucky cheese. When we were all leaving there were 2 pieces of shit outside smoking and one was throwing up. WTF.

I don't have any problem with people 18 years of age and older in the USA smoking marijuana as long as they are not intoxicated or legally impaired as would be the same with alcohol or legal or street drugs DUI

No. People that get caught with marijuana get more punishment anyways. They serve more time in jail than someone that has raped or killed someone. I think its ridiculous. I wish they would legalize it b/c there is money to be made and it might get us out of this rescission that we are in.
