  • Give up...I snore like a freigh train coming through the bedroom if I am on my back, side or even stomach. I am not over weight but I do have a diviated septum that can cause it....

  • The quick and easy answer is no. You could try training yourself into it and working from there, but in all honesty it's a really tough fix to try to implement -- I speak from experience, being an ex-snorer. What helped me was some alignment-adjusting products. There used to be a good site with reviews and price comparisons, but I believe it was taken down.
