It is often flavored with rum and raisins. So ... if you like rum, and who doesn't, the tastiness is often related to the quantity of rum added. Heck, just pour some on top! Tasty!

I once had bread pudding from a fancy dancy bakery that was made with croissants instead of bread, heavy cream instead of milk and had dark chocolate at the bottom of the dish. That is without a doubt the most delicious/luscious/scrumptious bread pudding I've ever had..no raisins..who needs raisins when you have dark chocolate? Happy Thursday! :)

Very tasty. Made properly, there are many ways, but it must have moistness with a crunchy top to me. Buttery, very creamy, keeping it's integrity (you know, know your eating bread). I've had it with chocolate pieces mixed in, or raisins, or cinnamon.

If its made correctly it is awesome. If its not, Its just a pile of mushy bread you can feed the ducks.

It would not be my first choice as a dessert, but my mom loved it.

I can't get over the fact of soggy bread. I always think of old bread in the sink when I see soggy bread. Nasty.
