Well, it's not bad service, per se, but it was definitely a misrep of what a restaurant should be. We asked the waiter at Legals Seafood for some bearnaise sauce. He came back apologizing because the chef "cannot" make it, either he didn't know how to make it or the restaurant did't have the ingredients. We were in awe that a restaurant of that price couldn't make a dressing for our steaks.
