G'day Galaxy, Thank you for your question. I would try to work it out by running or cycling. Alternatively, I would take stress management courses. I would try not to let the stress build up as that can cause all sorts of health problems. Regards

I can always voice my anger. I dont hold back.
-
I give them a mean look and tell them that I'm mad at them. Sometimes they ask why, sometimes they don't. As long as they know that I am, I can move on and not let it interfere with my everyday life.
-
I can't not voice my anger. I usually swear. But if I reaaaaaaally can't voice my anger, then I manage to break something. Or I cry.
-
I usually walk away stating we should wait to discuss it and hope they don't follow me. I don't think anything can be resolved through angry banter. You can always talk about it later.

Ok what if this person is always there since he is part of the extended family and my parents talk to him like every day; invite him to our house. even how much I avoid him, i end up hearing or seeing him. it makes me so angry at times.

-
I'll go away and do something else to clear my head.
-
everyone can voice their anger. is it that you are afraid to? Here is a good tip: if you are angry, do not raise your voice, lower it. grab the person's attention, look them straight in the eyes, and say what you feel.(no accusations, just what YOU feel) and do it in a low, strong voice.

Go and play a violent shoot-em-up video game. Call of Duty 2 is my current favourite.
-
I will deliberately play a particular song that got the lyrics which speaks my mind and then turn up the volume until the other person hear it.
-
Push the anger deep down most of the time I'm beginning to speak up a little But it's to late now the damage is done and he has died - My Father
-
Id be like screaming in my head lol
-
I voice it anyway - free will and all that (I own it) If your talking impossible because they can't be reached then I find a surrogate and voice it at them.
-
Don't let anger manifest as stress I am positive person I would forgive them or simply move on put it behind me ...
-
quietly and slowly whisper to myself all the things i want to say out loud. Idk but it makes me feel better.
-
you cut and run!
-
Wave my fists in the air! Thump on my chest and walk around in circles.
-
Usually I just yell. I know it sounds childish but if I don't vent my anger then it could explode at another inappropriate time.
-
that is why I love my trusty sniper rifle I bought at K-mart.
-
It is better to just walk away. Think about it and plan something positive to fix the problem.
-
I rarely voice my anger, unfortunately. I just sulk, brood, get over it and speak softly but carry a big stick in future!
