Medically we are the same back there. Lots of nerves for great feeling. For guys it can be good because if done right there can be some prostrate stimulation. For girls it can be great too. It's probably one of the only level playing fields. There are differences if you want to get into the prostate stimulation thing. Other than that, an asshole is an asshole, loaded with nerve endings and all sorts of wonderful feelings. Male anal stimulation is much more acceptable in this era of enlightenment.
