  • Well, I don't think there are any. It is my understanding that sushi should be consumed as soon as you prepare it to be safe. Frankly, I wouldn't eat sushi on a dare, but if you're going to eat it, do it while it's fresh.
  • Mmmm, sushi. If you marinate it in the proper marinade, it will last in your lunchbox.
  • Sushi usually contains rice, or a fish of some kind, both of which cause food poisoning if left to go below a certain temperature, the spores then multiply at a rapid rate. So unless you keep your lunch box in a fridge or have an insulated lunch box with an ice brick in it to keep the food within the safe zone temperature don't make it.
