9 Crimes by Damien Rice. Actually pretty much any song by Damien Rice is a good one to fall asleep to. Or try 'How To Hold A Ghost's Hand' by My Hero is Me. The beginning is definitely sleep material. Or also try 'Exit Music (For A Film)' done by Radiohead.

I used to fall asleep to a mix cd of Enya songs. It started with Storms In Africa (which is a little more upbeat) and ended with Song of the Sandman. In between those were Paint the Sky With Stars, The Memory of Trees, Watermark, and A Day without Rain.
