For a standard four string ukulele with G-C-E-A tuning, a G sharp would be played by barring the 3rd string and playing the 5th fret on G string, with 4th fret on the E string. Or 5-3-4-3 (L-R on the strings G-C-E-A) The actual chords would be C-Eb-Ab-C
