How do you connect a remote "enter key" button (with wire) to a PC?

I have a wireless logitech MX Revolution mouse. In the driver you can reprogram any of the buttons to function as a key switch/keystroke including enter. Alternativly you may want to consider a gyration mouse and keyboard set or a griffin powermate.

You could use a USB numeric key pad unit such as sold for laptops.
