Can you learn to roller-blade on your own and learn to do tricks and stunts too?

    My children have absolutely learned on their own. My son (14yo) does tricks and stunts and is pretty impressive with no training from anyone.

    haha pillman has a good point, but just skate with friends that skate or go to a skate park and make some friends if you have none that skate already, and learning to inline is like 80% balls 20% practice.

    This is like saying can you learn to swim on your own... can you learn to ride a bike on your own... can you learn to drive on your own...

    A person CAN learn to do pretty much anything on their own... How do you think things were originally started? Bread didn't cook itself...
