drinks lots of liquids instead of food, like hot chocolate or warm milk instead of dinner. go for lots of jogs, even small ones, cut certain foods like breads, butter, and sweets from your diet do this intensley for a few days and you will eventually get into the habit.

Be lazy and occasionally depressed. :P
