If this is a quantity question, I'll have to run to the bath scales and weigh. All this seat time may have added a few pounds. Character wise, I hope that my ability to communicate precisely yet compassionately have been important changes.

my first username used to be losthope. changed it to vision. i have received good feedback to some of my questions which has given me positive outlook on my present life.

I don't think I've changed at all, I've been a member since June last year and not much has changed at all.

I have not changed at all,except my answers have gotten a little more respectable as there are people of all different ages on here.

If you don't mean the date but you mean because of AB and since AB how have I changed, I'd have to say that I'm more thoughtful now, and expressive. Also, I've expanded my general knowledge. And I know some weird things which I didn't even think about knowing... I changed for the better.
