I'd go with Jim Morrison with Elvis Presley running a close second. Would've loved to see what Morrison would have done with music in the 70's. Hey, he had an enormous impact for the four years he was on the scene. Both he and Ray Manzarek (Doors keyboards) had degrees in Film Arts. Wonder what they would have done in the age of video music. I saw some answers for Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimi Hendrix - great guitarists, yes, but vocalists?
