not just take a time out, but have a moment of silence, and just reflect on things, take a few deep breaths and start fresh, that would be great and should be mandatory at least once weekly for 15 minutes.

Oh Moonchild, have you got some learning to do. They never leave home girl, just have a holiday now and then. Please do not move their stuff from their rooms or later in life you will be hung.
