  • Yes. It wasn't the hardest habbit I broke. Once you exert your intent, you can use this tool to quit ANYTHING. I quit smoking. I quit booze and I was an alkie, so it was really hard. I quit animal products in my diet. I will never do any of them again, and it is really freeing to have that power over what had power before over me. Get up each morning with a plan to not smoke that day. Eat healthy, read books, take a walk. You need to fill in the smoking time with something else. Meditate in a group, whatever. Take it one day at a time.
