I haven't tried going on blocked websites at this new school I'm going to, but I'm guessing that it's a yes. As for unblocking them, well, ... a lot of people just go on proxy sites and things of the like. I don't advise you doing that, though. You should do your work.

welll they usually hav to typ in a password try to get the assword form one of your coolest teachers someone you know who will give it to you thats what i did and i could get in all da websites

Proxy Servers... I try to avoid going on blocked sites, because they have access to the sites that we go on and even if it's blocked and you keep going they can block you from even being able to logon to the computer... Our teachers can also see what we're doing on their own computers and block us from the internet if they don't like what we're doing./ don't find it appropriate... even when we're on email...
