Probably Goldfinger, he's their best villain, Oddjob the best henchman, the car and other gadgets captured the audiences imagination perfectly. As far as the books go, I've only read about half of the novels, but From Russia With Love is the best written so far.

Dr.No ,the first Bond book/movie.

In my opinion, it was Goldfinger (movie) I'm sure I'm biased, because that was my first exposure to Bond.. James Bond. I haven't read any of Flemming's books; I'm not sure why... as pure entertainment, once again, IMO, is just as important as any more thought provoking art forms.

my fav has to be live and let die, i felt like that movie encompased everything you would want in a not only a bond movie but a movie in general. another fav which im sure many of you wouldn't agree with me is man with the golden gun. this movie i though was flemmings atempt at humor and i think he did a rememberable job. niknak i think thats how u spell it is awesome and the part where james shags this girl while his last shag he hides in the closet was classic.

Thunderball. It captures the complete essence of James Bond in my opinion.
