I keep them in my closet for next year. I am not rich.

-
I put them away in storage until fall.

When I rebuilt my home I set up a room that had closets all the way around and storage bins in the center where I keep extra and seasonal clothes. I made me a rolling rack so I can transport them back and forth to my bedroom which are where I keep the clothing I plan to wear that season.

in closest unless multi-seasonal
-
continue to wear them

Most just sit right there in our closet or shelves since there is room. A few larger coats and boots go into the closet downstairs for storage.

I live in an old city house with very tiny closets. I have some deep Rubbermaid-type totes that I store my clothes in when I change out the closet.

We have a huge walk in closet in the lower level of our home. We move the stuff we're not wearing down there and either hang things up or pack them into tubs. It works out well.
-
I have storage tubs for some. But with a rather large walk in closet I have plenty of drawers and hanging space. +5

when summer here i put winter stuff away and change around in winter again in the spare bedroom.

I usually have a selection of tops and pants in my closet that work well for either winter or summer, then another closet with bulky items like coats and jumpers.

My wife regularly uses two closets for the clothing she is currently using. When the seasons change lots of things get packed into storage tubs and others come out of storage tubs. I move my non seasonal things to the closet in our computer room (small bedroom) and more the seasonal things into my 1/2 if the closet in our bedroom. Jeans, and underwear are all season so they don't move and I have enough room in a drawer for all seasons of socks.

Nothing. They stay where they are all year long. I wear the warmer ones in the cold weather and the lighter/cooler ones when it gets hot. I guess maybe people do put away the heavy clothes in the spring and bring out their light/cool clothes if they live somewhere that is extremely cold in the winter and hot in the summer. I personally have never done that. Don't know where I'd move them! Happy Wednesday! :) ((hugs))

They pretty much stay where they are. I don't have very much in the way of clothing so shuffling through them is unnecesary.
-
I give them to Good Will, buy new clothes for that season, and hang the new clothes up in my closet until they're ready to wear. When I do this I accomplish 2 very useful things: 1) I'm giving to charity and 2) I'm staying in fashion :)

They get packed away and go in the closet in the quest bedroom. Just finished a day or so ago. Sure hope it warms up soon.
