  • No, but without sense we are nothing. It would be like a computer with only a CPU, but no keyboard, mouse or disk drive etc. (I.e. no input/output). No way to get data into it, just a CPU (or in our case a brain) waiting to do something and never getting the opportunity. So no prejudice, no knowledge, no experiences....
  • How would that even work? No physical senses at all? I guess I would still be prejudiced against:
  • Without senses, we'd lack the ability to communicate - so technically yes, although it wouldn't do us much good.
  • If we didn't have senses, I don't think we would even be able to realize that we existed, let alone know enough to discriminate against someone. That would be weird. We wouldn't even know who anyone was, or even who we are, but somehow we still manage to have prejudice in whatever demented society we have created. I don't know why, but I think we could pull it off.
  • If we had no senses, we would not be "we", because if we had no senses the ability to know we existed could not take place. Lets say a plant for example, does a plant know it is alive? If so, how? It does not have any senses, (that we are aware of). Back to the question, I don't think prejudice would exist if we did not have any senses, because we would not be able to perceive anything, including our own existence,
  • Relationships of any kind - positive or negative - would not exist if we had no senses. We would have no way of even perceiving that anyone else existed.
  • Life could not exist as we know it without senses. ergo, we would have no knowledge of what the feelings of like , love ,hate or anything else meant It brings up the old saying " Where there is no sense,There is no feeling" So no senses no prejudice
  • we would all be lumps that could not communicate or feel. We would not be able to comminicate or discern between others and ourselves. So, technically, no there would not be prejudice in that world. It would be a terrible world, but one without prejudice.
  • I think that without any physical senses, there would be nothing. However, to alleviate prejudice, a lack of senses isn't the way to go. A heightened moral sense would be the answer, I believe.
  • Prejudices occur BECAUSE of a lack of sense.
  • NO SENCE NO PREJUDISTS VERY RIGHT
  • Must be true. I'm not prejudice and people always tell me I have no sense...lol
  • It would be the same. People w/ baises have no sense(s).
  • No... Now who is going to be the first to lay down their sences?
  • I think it would still exist, we just would sense it.
  • If the person had no senses, God could still talk to that person. He'd obviously have a reason for giving them no senses (though it would be controversial, probably why it's never happened before and we all have atleast 1 sense). How or why, I don't know, But you cannot say for sure what kind of logic he would put into the person's mind to think. So there is no way for sure to say God wouldn't give that person the ability to think with prejudice. or anything for that matter. On another note, This whole theory kind of makes you wonder why we were born with senses. With senses we are able to discover things like science, which people get cocky about and think they 'know' (you are actually *believing* in your senses, it's not knowledge) everything, and that there is no God. When infact it's God who gave them the senses in the first place and every generation before them, So that they can 'discover' their science that they base their theories on. It's almost obvious why he gave us senses: to test us.
