We don't know. I think I'm good. If you can go to the trend micro web site now your probably O.K. If you can't after midnight ... maybe your not.

No virus or worm is completly solved as there are variations and mutagens but in general there is enough signatures collected to catch if not cure most variants of conflicker, a quality antivirus is as important as a bug free OS!
