Most of the food they say are healthy for you I do not like and have to gag down, so I would say all of it.

How about 'fish'? It has plenty of vitamins and minerals. Low in fat. An ideal health food. But I have a problem with it. I am a vegetarian. Cod oil in capsules is okay for me - but I wouldn't be eating fish or other sea food. Thank you.

Tofu. It's just plain disgusting.

Tofu. I've given it a try in various guises over the years..maybe tried 12 different recipes and while Jim finds it ok I can't eat the stuff. I give up on it. Love the salted soy nuts..like soy beans..we drink chocolate and vanilla soy milk and we have enjoyed the various "burgers" you find in the frozen food section of the supermarket made of soy protein. But tofu? Fuggeddaboutit! :(
