He's probably still got a pretty good 9-year relationship with his mother ... which is better than I was doing with her after 9 years. I might.

Sometimes kids give better advice than adults because their minds aren't tainted with regret, pain and bitterness.

age has nothing to do with it you could be five and still be wise but if he says something that is realy touching he probably knows what he,s doing.like when i was in 5th grade my friends they offered me mary jane i was muture enough to refuse and i was only 11 so what im trying to say is it does not matter what age you are you could still be wise as a ox.

If someone has a good idea, whether they know what they are talking about or not, its a good idea. If was older and had been in relationships, it would be more likely for him to be able to give good advice, but that doesn't mean he couldn't if he never has.
