  • So do mine! I have been in a few car accidents (only 1 serious) and the bed I have been sleeping on.....not as good of quality. Its probably alot of things, posture, genetics, exercise, etc. Sucks though.
  • My hubby uses this stuff called Tiger Balm. It comes in a little tin, in various degrees of heat penetration. It's smells horrible but he swears by it. I hope you find relief soon.
  • Best thing in the world is massage as often and as deep as you can get it. I have electro on my neck and shoulders and lower back, . It sounds like stress and tension, try neck and shoulder rolls . Keep them moving if you allow them to get too stiff and hard they go into spasm and then you are in incredible pain until the spasm is released. Yoga has some good neck and shoulder exercises
  • I had a lot of cervical spine, neck & shoulder pain too... 1) accupunture - it works! 2) stop using a big, thick pillow. Go for one of those little neck rolls. 3) yoga (stretching) exercises. 4) meditation - we carry alot of stress in our necks and shoulders. Take a few minutes each day to sit quietly and breathe deeply. Focus on your posture. Back straight and shoulders down.
