"Stem cells to be used to grow bigger breasts". It was originally a treatment to help breast cancer patients it will now be available for cosmetic purposes. Any thoughts?

My wife was treated for breast cancer almost 3 years ago, so this is a subject close to our hearts. I suppose it was inevitable that this would be an offshoot of the technique, so we should be resigned to it, but I would be really angry if resources were diverted from those who really need it to satisfy the whims of vain and wealthy women. It all needs to be very closely monitored.
