How many people still remember the names of the members of the Lovin' Spoonful? The Dave Clark 5? Your favorite long gone group?

I remember those groups but I don't remember that many of their names. The only names I think I remember from the Spoonful are John Sebastian and Zal Yanovsky. The only one that I remember from the DC5 is Dave Clark. :p My favorite long-gone group is the Jimi Hendrix Experience with Jimi on lead guitar, Noel Redding on bass, and Mitch Mitchell on drums.

I remember John Sebastian and that's it of the Spoonful. Of the DC5 I remember Dave Clark and Mike Smith. One band of that era I really liked was Love with Arthur Lee (loved his voice!!!) Ken Forssi, John Echols and the drummer Snoopy

I saw Dave Clark about 2 years ago his neice is a friend of mine. I know that Mike Smith is sick but do not know the rest of the group. I do not think I have ever known the names of the Lovin Spoonful although I do know quitea lot of the old groups. Cream were great with Eric Clapton ,Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker. I have a lot of vinyls from my Mother of that period

Oh, HECK yeah! DC5 used to be HOT! My personal favorite of theirs was "I like it like that". And don't forget Gary Lewis and the Playboys. Or the Monkey's (I just saw Davy Jones last weekend at Disney World).
