There isn't one. If you are getting that, it is a computer error. You need to know what it says, to figure out what is wrong.

You don't have a virus or spyware, you have either a hardware fault (often RAM) or a corrupted driver. If you have time to read it what does the blue screen of death say?

Unfortunately thats a little like asking for the best de-icer to get rid of engine oil stains. The BSOD is Microsoft Window's way of telling you that something went wrong, and the only way it knew how to handle it was to throw a bunch of numbers at you. When you get a BSOD you need to note down the information so you can then look up what went wrong.
