  • Supposedly the body responds to the assimilation and digestion if spaced correctly. So to have small meals at specific times is advisable.Your dietician can help you in that.
  • Well i wouldnt say the same time each day, but make sure to space the meals out evenly each day. Diets are so hard to stick to at times, you REALLY have to want it. Oh also, to eat smaller portions of food - drink a glass of ice water casually before your meals. Usually when people eat, they eat PAST full, so that will help, it's actually REALLY helped me!
  • Well you dont have to eat same time each day, just make sure your meals are evenly spaced. Diets are so hard to stick to, you have to really want it. Another thing, try to cut portion size and stop eating when full. To help the feeling, before your meals casually drink a glass of ice water. This has really helped me cut portions down ^^ Good luck!

  • 3 meals a day is a carry over form the old AGRO-ANTHRO so as to be in the field for as long as possible. it makes for big hills and valleys in blood sugar, and digestive fatigue. Do 6 small meals with carbos early and fat in the center, and the big protein at 4th and 5th meals. This gives energy during the day and protein for repair at days end. timing is relative.
  • No. Weight Loss Diets are based on calories. Just eat the same amount of food that you'd regularly eat for the 3 meals and everything will turn out the same. However, if you're still hungry after any given meal, you need to increase your food intake while you decrease the amount of long-branched carbs.
