I don't know how old she is, but I can personally vouch for Crossing the Bridge Books in terms of quality and customer service. My aunt did them for my kids. We never grew to love them. The stories and graphics weren't that great and a kid is only trilled about seeing their name for a minute. Then if the story isn't that good, well they aren't that interested
