It was not intentional, but I think it may have showed. I had been waiting for an hour and a half at a vehicle tag agency waiting to get a tag renewal for an antique car. When I finally got my "call", the sweet young thing says, "I am sorry sir, but your vehicle number seems to have dropped from our computer...You will have to get a validation from the Dept. of Motor Vehicles in (state capital) before we can process your application".....I do so love bureaucracies...What would we do without them?
