girls germs, ick no. seriously, you can have a friend of any sex. friends come in all shapes, sizes, and sexes. just because you are different sexes, doesn't mean you have to be dating or having sex to be friends. yes you can have a friend that's a girl. no problems there.

Of course. It is healthy and natural to have friendships with girls though feelings can arise which need to be acknowledged. If you only interact with a girl only when you are in a relationship, it can cause difficulties later on in life, for lasting relationships are based on strong friendship.

Most of the cousins I trust most are female cousins. Most of the non-relatives that I trust most are females. (There are males I trust though) I have a natural tendency to trust women more then men. Odd considering how many times a woman has broken my heart.

Why not. I have about 15 friends that are girls. Almost as much as boys. It is fun to have friends as girls. It's better than hanging around with boys. Girls seem tend to be interesting. Like as in saying things like this: -"OH MY GOD, I CAN'T COME NOW, MY HAIR IS SCREWED!!!" -"Want to go to the mall? Oh yea wait, you're a boy." It's quite funny.

As long as you aren't snuggling with her all night, and she lies to her boyfriend about it later, sure it is okay to have a friend that is a girl.
