Yes there have been a few, They are very rare however. Anytime you have a cold air mass interacting with a warm air mass there is the potential for a tornado. Another term I have heard used for them is cold air funnels. I have seen one back in 1987 when I lived in Kokomo, Indiana it was during a thundersnow storm, but it never touched down or done any damage.
