I don't think I have ever done that when I log in. I have gotten over 30 answers but not while being logged out. That would be cool.

I have no way of knowing if that ever happened to me. I have a few questions that got lots of answers but 30 answers to any of my questions over a couple of weeks would thrill me.

You mean overnight? That has never happened. Only when questions are resurrected by Newbies and others see it and also answer have I ever received anything approaching 30 answers to a question. I feel great if I get 10 hits! Happy Tuesday! :)

That only happens to people with pretty girl avatars. The most points I've ever received for an answer was 36 and that was because I pretended to be a girl in the question.

I might if it ever happened. On the other hand, I rarely see important questions with more than a few answers. Maybe more people are comfortable answering trivia questions

I find it to be a LOT of work. It isn't just running down the line pointing people. Some of them really want to interact with you. I love those times, but once you hit about 18 responses it starts snowballing!!

Well .. just went to my questions page and sorted on the number of answers column. Hmmmmm .. my stats aren't very good, I'm afraid. Out of 1392 questions, 5 had flags, so that brings me to 1387. Of those, just SIX had 30 or more people answer them. What's that? A little over a third of one percent?! Put the other way round, 99 2/3'rds% of the time, that's not my experience. Guess I don't write questions that interest a lot of people. But I sure value those who do answer. I value the knowledge & experience that come back in response to a question - and the interaction that ensues.

Sometimes. I am noticing more and more that many people do not bother giving points when they answer a question. It gets a little frustrating.
