My ps2 will load certain games and the games it does'nt lopad it tells me to put in a format disk,and it makes this clicking noise whene reading the disk,sometimes it wont stop clicking and sometimes the clicking is on and off what can I do to fix it.

I have that same problem. that clicking sound you here is the reader trying to find the disk but cannot. It could be either a) The disk is defective or b) your lens needs cleaning. If the former, this usually means that there's a scratch on the disk or you could have one of those pirated copies which are generally low-quality. Depending on who made that copy, the ps2 will have trouble loading it. But you can still play the disk on some occassions. Just keep reseting the unit until you hear something other than the clicking sound. If you hear a 'whirrr' sound that usually means the disk has been read succesfully. If the latter, you can simply bring your ps2 to a service station and have them clean the lens. It's usually quick and cheap. It's not recommended that you clean it yourself since you might just damage the thing even more.
