  • THAT WOULD BE A BIG NO! That would be unlawful entry! The tenant would have the right to call the law and press charges and pending on the state and all that may or may not have taken place there could be a law suit involved and an agent out of work for ever and a day.
  • First, did you make a police report? this is the first order of the day. you need to have a public record of this action, by the real estate agent. were there witnesses? if so, do you have their names? If you signed a contract with the agent, be sure to read the fine print. the agent may have entered legally, if you gave permission, in the contract. Be sure you are correct, then go ahead with the above.
