An ant colony is more like an organism than a political organization. Its members interact deterministically just as the cells in your body do. It is hard to imagine humans interacting in this way except in some sci-fi cyberorg fantasy.

Its a matriarchy. All work for the queen. And we've tried this in europe. the queen just turned into a figure head.
