First off, don't stretch cold muscles. Work them up a little, do something jogging on the spot, then some sprints on the spot when you're getting warmer. My experience with climbing is that, although it's intense on the arm, your whole body is working too, so you should address that when you stretch. To be honest, I can't name stretches, but there are probably a million sites with all kinds on. My advice would be to do stretches for the whole body, and stretch your arms so they're warmed up and ready to work.
