... use strictly defensive actions to ensure you are not injured ... same for anyone being attacked by anyone ... depending on the type of attack and its severity, you may just walk away if possible, or you may have to use a destructive defense such as break an arm or leg with a defensive move that traps the limb as it is being used to attack you ... the thing to remember is, you must NOT attack back, but you may defend yourself by destroying an incoming punch or kick as it is still incoming ... destroy your attacker's attacks & destroy your attacker's ability to continue attacking, but do not launch an attack of your own ...

As far as I know, you're allowed by law to retaliate with any weapon equivalent or lesser. Stay defensive though. Get her in the ground, not hit and kick her.

How is it against the law? Self-defense is self-defense.

I'd let her hit me first, THEN take her down. If she hit's you, it's officially self defense. And I would try my best to have a witness.

The same thing a woman should do if a man tries to attack her. Try to escape if possible but defend yourself if necessary.

Take yourself out of the situation if possible, leave, failing that use the least amount of force possible to restrain her, hold her from behind with her arms against her and if neccessary call the police. That is the law.

At this juncture in time the law is in favour of women and children, in that if a child, pupil or woman is wilful, abusive, aggressive and emotionally manipulative you cannot retaliate with the traditional slap as it is classed as violent assault. Folk of my generation are generally stronger in character and resolve because we feared our parents, teachers and community elders. Over indulgence has spawned a breed of weak, suffering and self destructive individuals who harm themselves and those about them far greater than any slap in their formative years would have done. Women exploit the state protection specially accorded to them to the hilt in many cases to the detriment of the relationship between the genders. All males I know if assaulted physically retaliate in kind, as do I. violent men resort to violence when women completely fail to understand them, listen or be able to communicate with them. I know many violent men where the majority of cases the women are so unbelievably dumb as to literally incite by whining or tortured like repetitive nagging until the man, no longer able to tolerate it explodes. Or the woman exhibits vulgar displays of flirtatious behaviour so incensing a man too dignified to relate to her the damage to his self esteem that he simply lashes out in rage and anger. Many women make a career of being victim to monsters of their own subtle creation, from my own personal observations.

He should do exactly the same thing he would do if attacked by a man. Defend himself. Self defence is NOT illegal.

Just be a man. As much as you may want to get her back, let her be the one to go to jail. I went thur this and it hurts. My soon to be Ex-wife would pin me up against the wall and scream at me knowing that I would never fight back. It took a toll on me mentally.

You should try to push her off, without punching her. Call the cops, and tell them what is going on.
