Meh, I say if you feel strong enough to work out, do it.

Doing some cardio will actually boost your immune system. Doing too much will weaken it, though, so don't go crizazy.

i've worked out while still being sick and i was fine...i don't think it should be a problem

I'd say work out. The increased bloodflow will help your immune system finish off the bugs and help you recover faster. Plus you can take a nice hot shower afterwards and feel even better.

I tend not to work out if I'm sick (not just hung over or lazy). Put the energy into getting well.
