First tip: Get off the computer :) There isn't any way to manage time better then to force yourself to. Just do it

Stop dicking around. Just do the things you know are waiting to be done. Then you'll have your free time.

First, don't hold yourself to a schedule that won't work. Second, don't worry. Do you best. Third, I'll bet you're not that far from doing a good job with it anyway!

Your best bet is to talk to anyone you know who is good at time management and ask how he/she does it? What methods are used? What sequence of events do you go through? How flexible is the routine? If you work with someone like that you have the advantage of watching it in action. There are books on time management but I learn best either "hands on" or observing someone.
