Yes it is something i started the same way at about 15. Every crack is fluid being forsed past your cartelagewhering whering it a little every time. Im 25 now and my joints are shot codliver oil and evening primrose helps swim dont jog and try not delibertly crack them.

my daughters bones were doing it all the time (shes 11)
they put it down to growing. but it got worse and she now has cronic arthritis. so if its painful go get it checked out!

You're reading I'm 17, and recently my bones have been cracking all the time, and I need to crack them all the time (back,ankles,wrists,etc.). Is this a sign of something?
