In the begining, billions of years ago, Earth was a Planet of super hot malten rock ... how did so much moisture get here to create the huge oceans ... Even after the arrival of atmosphere how was it possible to produce so much water from hot rock? ...

    It could have been from a comet colliding with Earth, or the presence of oxygen and hydrogen reacting with each other to form water, or maybe even water floating in space was pulled down by gravity *shrugs*. It didn't come 'from' hot rock though
