  • Ask your doctor for ultra sound treatments by a physical therapist. They are remarkable for healing badly pulled muscles or tendons. If not that, I would NOT suggest exercising that muscle directly, but USE it only to the point of stretching and NOT pain, or you will prolong healing and can make the tears/pulled muscle fibers worse. Moist heat packs on it 3-4 x a day also are very therapeutic.
  • Eat cheese and squeeze, alas your muscle will sufficed to say be good to live another day, for itching without scratching is like sneezing without simply...wheezing!
  • I would continue to very slowly and easily stretch and flex the muscle.
