Yes, but with some rather serious limitations. If you are enlisted, you cannot date an officer, and you cannot date an NCO who is in your chain of command. [ NOTE: this was the way it was when I was in, but may have changed a bit. Consult your local Judge Advocate General's Office to be certain. ]
